CST's Upcoming Events

Next Sabbat celebration

Festivals, etc.

Church of the Spiral Tree welcomes church members, beginners, newcomers, solitaries, and anyone else interested in participating in open sabbat and occasional full moon rituals. You need no experience or knowledge to participate, but we do request you come with an open mind and heart, and show respect for your fellow participants. Email us for directions. We share a potluck dinner after each Sabbat, so those who come are asked to bring some type of food to share; beverages, paper plates, and forks are also needed.

Please wear something comfortable and appropriate for outdoors. Ritual robes are welcome but not necessary. Plan for sitting on cold and/or wet ground. Children of all ages are welcome. Donations to the Church are entirely optional but appreciated.

Membership in Church of the Spiral Tree is not required to participate in our rituals; however, if you like us enough to come to several rituals and gatherings, we encourage you to join as a PAID MEMBER of CST. Your membership fee helps pay for the ritual supplies, supplies for the gatherings, postage for mailouts, and helps support the web page. You also get that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from knowing you're supporting a worthwhile group that you yourself like, appreciate, and patronize! Also, there is never a charge for our rituals; however, Church of the Spiral Tree welcomes and greatly appreciates tax deductible donations of $1, $5 or even $10 to help with our expenses.

Community Involvement in Rituals: CST encourages our members and others of the community to contribute to the rituals by writing and running a ritual of their own. All of the Sabbat rituals are open for anyone to volunteer to do! Just contact Cathy ahead of time to volunteer. This way we can all experience rituals from other perspectives and traditions. CST will also schedule and host Full Moon rituals if anyone is interested in writing and running one. These will not appear on the schedule below, but will be added to the list on the web page if needed. Again, contact us to volunteer.

Note: the schedule below is subject to change! Check back for updates and more details. Firmer times and locations of all rituals will be available closer to the date of the ritual.

2009:

All of the events listed within these calendars will lead you to information on rituals, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, lunar events, as well as other happenings. Within the months posted here you will be able to keep track of the birthdays of those in CST as well as be able to find out when an astronomical event like a metor shower is going to take place. You will also be able to find out when the Full Moon events are as well as what to expect while there. We will show you the dates of rituals as well as when there may be other Pagan events going on around you.
