By filling out the following form, I certify that I am of legal age (18), a paid CST member (if not a member, fill out a membership form), and that I will act in the interests of Church of the Spiral Tree when performing my ministerial functions. I also understand that becoming a CST minister does not automatically confer "Elder" or "High Priest/ess" status upon me.

CST ministers can perform legal weddings, funerals, and baptisms. You will be entered into our database, and will soon receive your certificate of ordination and a card to carry with you. The one-time fee for this service is $35.00, and will confer ordination for life.
