Earthdance Site Rules

The rules below are Earthdance and rules put forth by "The Lodge." Failure to abide by these rules can result in your expulsion from the event without refund and from the site.

  • Earthdance is held at "The Lodge" near Camilla, GA. The site is mostly camping, althoug there is a limited amount of crash space inside the Lodge, which must be reserved in advance (bring your own mattress, linens, etc.)
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed at "The Lodge." Kennels are not available. Service animals are always welcome.
  • Campfires: Campfires are welcome, but please ask about placement before setting one up. Please bring your own firewood.
  • Nudity: Due to CST's policies, no nudity is allowed when children under 18 are present.
  • Any infraction of mundane law, i.e., theft, threat to or endangerment of others, etc., are grounds for immediate expulsion from the festival, and possible arrest, if appropriate.
  • Illegal substances are absolutely forbidden, by any and all people!! This is very important if you can't abstain for the weekend, please stay home. Don't use drugs at the festival; don't even bring them.
  • Trash: Earthdance follows a Leave-No-Trace (LNT) ethic. This essentially means that YOU are responsible for removing any and all trash that you bring or generate while there. Please clean up your camping area thoroughly, bag up your trash (bring your own trash bags!), and take your trash home with you.
  • Underage drinking, gross drunken behavior, and unwanted sexual attention (harassment) will not be tolerated.
  • Earthdance is a private function, and is off-limits to media personnel acting in a professional capacity.
  • Anyone taking photos or video must obtain permission from all recognizable subjects *prior* to filming. Hidden cameras or other media devices are prohibited.
  • No one is required to attend our ceremonies or classes, but please respect the rights of those who choose to do so; try to keep your noise, music and conversation to a minimum during these times if you are close by.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • Finally, please sign up for at least one volunteer job when you arrive.
