Payment & Refund Policies

Earthdance is intended for those who follow the paths of Pagans, Wiccans, Asatru, Native American spirituality, etc. It is open to newcomers and long-time practitioners alike, but not to the general public or its media.

Everyone who registers for Earthdance must comply with the Rules listed on this website. Participants refusing to do so will be required to leave without refund. It is also expected that participants will comply with event site rules and secular laws.

The cost:

Electricity: Please be aware that electricity is not guaranteed (fuses may blow if the system is overloaded), and the needs of the site, staff and musical entertainment take precedence over the needs of vendors and other campers when it comes to electricity. Please bring your own extension cords; we do not have extras.

PAYMENT POLICIES

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR REDUCED ADMISSION!
This festival is a fund-raiser for Church of the Spiral Tree. All current CST members can receive a $5 discount, but that even CST members who are working the festival as staff have to pay regular price to attend.
Pre-Payment: To receive the current (cheap) price, all registrations must be accompanied by payment. Pre-payment is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED (it helps us to pay for site deposits, postage, printing, toilet paper, etc.).

Gate Payments: All payments at the gate MUST BE CASH OR MONEY ORDER, and will be the full price of $50 (or $25 if daytripping), regardless of when you register! NO CHECKS AT THE GATE!

Deadlines: Please register by September 14, 2012 (if by mail) or September 18 (if by PayPal), so we have time to send you the Confirmation Flyer and add you to the gate list. To reiterate: If you plan to pay at the gate, you MUST email us your registration info (full name, address, phone, email, medical problems, kids attending, etc.) ahead of time, so we can place you on the gate list.

Refund Policy: If you can't make it to Earthdance, you may call or email to request a refund (they won't be issued automatically). Refunds will be given in full until September 1, at a 50% rate until September 14; no refunds (or switching your admission to a later festival) if we're notified after that time or if you just don't show up. If you decide to send someone else in your place, please let us know beforehand, so we can add them to the gate list and remove your name (otherwise they will be charged the gate price).
